Paddleboarding - pure balance!

An ancient form of surfing which originated in Hawaii and is now one of the most popular ways to explore Jersey's Coastline

Paddleboarding, is almost like walking on water

The fast-growing sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun, easy way to play on the water

This relaxing yet exhilarating water sport is suitable for everyone, from wave riders to endurance paddlers

One of the best things about Stand Up Paddleboarding is that it can take place on flat water, so when the waves are too small for regular surfers, there's always SUP fun to be had.
