Risk assessments assist with the planning and management of events and activities. They identify the common hazards and risks associated with activities and the primary means by which the risks are controlled.

Pure Jersey prepares risk assessments annually for the key outdoor activities and considers all aspects of possible weather or location hazards before participants commence their chosen activity. All instructors are trained to dynamically risk assess during any session and they are qualified to consider risks that are site specific and relevant to the group of individuals booked.

If our qualified lead instructor feels the risk levels exceed safety guidelines on any particular day, they will make the responsible decision to cancel or stop the activity from continuing in the interest of the entire group.

All individuals who have booked to participate in any of our activities and events must recognise and respect the considered decision of the lead instructor.
